California City BoonDocks Rules and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay off Grid at California City BoonDocks (CCB)!

We hope you are looking forward to enjoying your OFF-GRID adventure in our open terrain in California City, CA.

Here are a few of our rules and regulations to help all campers become good neighbors:


•Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: Full refund of deposit (less $25 cancellation fee) for cancellations 15 days or more in advance. No refund if canceled within 15 days of arrival. We will offer you a voucher to redeem for a future stay. We do not offer refunds for weather-related events unless we are under a mandatory evacuation. We do not accept checks, so please be prepared with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

•PETS: A guest may have no more than two pets on the Property. All pets on the Property or in the Campground must have a leash always attached. Guests must clean up after your personal pet(s). Guest must submit proper up-to-date shot records via reservation document uploads prior to check in. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by personal pet(s). CCB Management, at any time, may request a pet be removed from the Property or the Campground if complaints are received from other site guests. Pet owner must sign the site “Pet Policy” agreement. Barking or aggressive dogs will be required to leave the site if they become a common nuisance to the other guests. Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. Also, no dog kennels or houses on sites.

•Please do not remove any trees, flowers, shrubs, foliage, or any other similar item without prior written approval from CCB Management.

•Additional adults are $10 per adult per day, and additional vehicles may park for FREE in a close area. Please check in with CCB Management, register the vehicle and obtain an email parking permit. (1) Golf cart is permitted and is not counted as a vehicle. Registration of all people, pets, and vehicles is REQUIRED upon arrival. Unregistered persons or pets found on property will received a citation. There is a max of (1) camping unit and (1) vehicles on each flagged site. Our base rate covers (1) camping unit, (1) vehicle, (2) Adults and (2) Children. Overflow parking must not

• is available.

•Portable air conditioners, electric hot water heaters, electric stoves, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, generators, and electric space heaters outside of your RV or Camper are not allowed to be used on the property.

•Generators can be run for 1 hour at a time between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm.

•All Visitors must check in and register with online check in procedure.

•The speed limit in the park is 5 miles per hour. Guest is responsible for Guest’s visitors, invitees, and family members’ compliance with the speed limit in the Campground. Guest is not allowed to have an unlicensed person operate a vehicle on the Property or in the Campground.

•Guest must ALWAYS accompany any children under the age of ten (10) on the Property or in the Campground. Guest is responsible for any claim, loss or damage caused by Guest’s children, guests, invitees, or other family members.

•Quiet time in the Campground is from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. Guest may not play loud music or make any other similar loud noises during quiet time.

•Check out time is at 12:00 p.m.

•Guest must keep all fires within the fire pit, fire ring or fireplace. Guest must extinguish all fires prior to leaving the campfire and property. All fires must be safely maintained.

•Guest and Guest’s visitors, invitees and family members under the age of 18 must wear helmets while bicycle riding within the Campground.

•Motorized pleasure vehicles (e.g., ATV’s, minibikes, go carts, etc.) are allowed on the Property between the hours of 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Golf Carts are allowed until dusk. NO Golfing on Property.

•Dangerous materials are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Guest shall not at any time have anything of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character on the Property or in the Campground. Fireworks are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

•Guest may not allow a minor to consume or possess alcohol on the Property or in the Campground.

•Illegal or non-prescription drugs are not allowed on the Property or in the Campground.

•Unruly, rowdy, immoral, lascivious, or intolerable behavior is not allowed on the Property or in the Campground. Guest and Guest’s visitors, invitees and/or family members are to conduct themselves in a respectable manner.

•Park Management reserves the right to eject any person from the Property or the Campground for any violation of these rules or regulations at any time. Those who are told to leave the campground must do so immediately with no refund.

•RV’s must reflect a pride of ownership. We ask that owners submit a photo before booking if RVs are older than 10 years.

•Make sure you take advantage of all there is to see and do in and around CCB. Our website has a link to many of the surrounding suggested activities within 10-20 miles from the site, as well as some popular destinations.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days or less before arrival will incur a $25 fee.

Cancellations 72 hours or less before arrival forfeit the deposit (no refund).
